Warranty Policy

What’s Covered
We offer a one-year warranty on all fine jewelry purchased from 22 Lab Jewelry. The warranty covers:

  • Loose or missing stones

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

  • Prong tightening or setting correction due to structural issues

What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, minor deformation)

  • Lost items or stones

  • Repairs or alterations done by third parties

  • Tarnishing or discoloration due to exposure to chemicals or water

Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment.

How to Request a Repair
To make a warranty claim, please email wholesale@22labjewelry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage

Our team will assess your request and respond with next steps within 2–3 business days.

Repair Process
Customers are responsible for sending the item to our service team. If the issue is covered, we will complete the repair at no cost and cover the return shipping.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will offer an optional paid repair service at a transparent cost.
